Sinead is currently working with adults, children (0-12 Years) and adolescents (13 – 18 years) in private practice at the Awareness Centre in Tooting. Sinead is Registered with the HCPC, working within their ethical guidelines.

Sinead is a warm, friendly and compassionate Creative Psychotherapist offering a confidential, non-judgemental and collaborative therapy space. She fully embraces what makes you unique, prioritising safety and trust from the get go, so you can embark on a therapeutic journey of exploration, healing and change together. Creative and Embodied psychotherapy is a holistic and trauma informed approach to wellbeing, that works with the body and the mind to help you gain deeper insight and awareness into your inner world and experiences, whilst helping you connect with your strengths, resources and ability to heal. Creative therapy is dynamic, supporting emotional and nervous system regulation, and the building of new neural pathways, which can lead to sustainable new habits. Alongside talking, we may work with creative tools to support your process. This might be visualisation and meditation, movement and music, sand tray and objects, image cards and archetypes, art making, creative writing, ritual and cycle work, tools which help you to tap into and give expression to deep unconscious feelings and processes, and to explore the different ‘parts’ of your psyche. Whichever way you choose to work, at the core, will alway be a respectful and authentic therapeutic relationship.

Sinead has experience within the NHS forensic and probation services, and the charity sectors, working with complex mental health. She is particularly experienced in working with clients with EUPD, suicidal feelings, attachment issues, ADHD, ASD and burnout. Sinead is an experienced writer and performer in the arts, and brings playfulness and curiosity to the therapy space, offering sessions that are uniquely tailored to you.
