Sivita Meahrabi blends different therapeutic approaches to offer a dynamic and individualised experience for her clients. Her integrative style allows her to adapt to the unique needs of each person, offering flexibility in how she works to address a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relational challenges. By drawing on various techniques and perspectives, Sivita aims to create a therapeutic space that feels both supportive and practical, helping clients to better understand themselves, their experiences, and the changes they wish to make. Her approach combines empathy with a focus on personal growth, encouraging clients to explore their thoughts and emotions in a way that feels meaningful and constructive. This adaptable way of working enables Sivita to meet clients where they are in their journey and offer the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Sivita’s therapeutic style is client-centred and collaborative, rooted in the belief that each person holds the capacity for growth and change. She works alongside clients to deeply understand their unique experiences, challenges, and goals, meeting them exactly where they are in their journey without judgment or expectation. Sivita sees therapy as a partnership where clients are encouraged to take an active role in their healing process, helping them build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as they navigate life’s difficulties. She believes that healing comes not only from addressing current challenges but also from recoginsing patterns and building healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to oneself and others.

Sivita is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and is currently in the final stages of completing her degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She provides counselling services to NHS clients in Lambeth through The Awareness Centre, offering support to individuals who are facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges.
