As a person-centred therapist, she believes that the relationship between client and therapist is at the heart of the therapeutic process. Therapy with Sophie is about providing the space and support for clients to connect with their own growth potential and make meaningful changes in their lives. She understands that healing is a deeply personal journey and that each client’s experience is unique. While therapy can involve difficult emotions and self-exploration, she firmly believes in each person’s innate capacity for growth when provided with the right support and environment.
