Tamsin Hunter-Braga
Tamsin Hunter-Braga offers a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore challenges openly and without judgement. Her integrative approach draws on humanistic, Gestalt, and psychodynamic theories, allowing her to tailor each session to the specific needs of the individual. Central to her work is an interest in how early family dynamics and relational experiences shape our sense of self and the ways we relate to others. She places particular emphasis on helping clients identify patterns of behaviour and attachment that may no longer serve them. Through this process, she supports clients in building greater self-awareness, developing healthier boundaries, and establishing more fulfilling relationships. Tamsin works relationally and authentically, aiming to create a space for meaningful reflection and the development of practical coping strategies that support emotional and psychological wellbeing.
Having personally experienced anxiety and OCD, she brings a deep understanding of repetitive thought patterns and supports clients in finding practical strategies to manage intrusive thinking and emotional overwhelm.
Tamsin is an integrative counsellor and a member of the BACP. She works within The Awareness Centre’s NHS Wandsworth Borough. Tamsin is currently working towards an advanced diploma in integrative counselling.
