May Ann Bravo follows an integrative counselling approach, tailoring therapy to a client’s individual needs. She supports adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and challenges in family or workplace life. She offers a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore feelings and different perspectives, gain insight, and develop practical approaches to manage life’s pressures. Her style is collaborative, client-centred, and helps people see the bigger picture in their lives. She combines therapeutic skills with real-world understanding to help clients build resilience, navigate difficult emotions, and make meaningful changes. Her work focuses on managing stress, anxiety and overwhelm, working through life transitions, and fostering coping strategies.

May Ann spent over twenty-five years in the corporate sector, holding leadership roles in Transformation and Change, and this informs her counselling work. She understands the pressures of juggling a career with family responsibilities. Having lived and worked in Asia, North America, Australia, and Europe, May Ann is sensitive to the challenges of identity, belonging, and adaptation in diverse environments. She is committed to creating an inclusive space where clients of all backgrounds feel respected and heard. May Ann also has lived experience in supporting family members with neurodivergent traits and dementia.

May Ann is registered with the BACP and has completed a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling. She is trained in CBT-based techniques to manage panic attacks and generalised anxiety, and is working towards a Diploma in Integrative Counselling. She is a mediator and coach with a local charity. May Ann supports NHS clients in Wandsworth.
