Victoria Kenrick is signed off for private practice and working towards full accreditation with UKCP. She is a trainee member with UKCP and adheres to their ethical framework and professional practice. She works in private practice at The Awareness Centre in Clapham.

Many things bring us to therapy, it maybe that something specific has happened that you would like to process, or you want to understand your behaviours better, perhaps you feel a little stuck where you are or simply just have a feeling of ‘I don’t know what’s going on with me’. Whatever it is therapy can seem a daunting prospect, but Victoria believes it is a gift to yourself, to allow you to have a deeper self-awareness, understand your defensives and become more open to living a fuller and more content life with a feeling of greater self-confidence and autonomy.

Victoria offers an environment which is safe, non-judgemental, empathetic and transparent. She works with a person-centred approach which believes that a person is inherently driven towards growth and, given the right conditions and a healing relationship, can reach their full potential and become their true self. We all see the world in our own unique way and Victoria will value your individuality and respond to your unique needs. She sees her role as a partner to you as you discover your own inner resources, not to impose solutions or strategies.

Victoria has experience of working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, neuro-diversity, disability and body image issues, sudden change in life and life’s transitions.
