Zara Wilkinson
Zara understands that starting therapy can sometimes feel daunting, which is why she creates a welcoming, non-judgmental, and safe space for her clients. With over a decade of experience in the wellness industry, Zara combines her expertise as a nutritional therapist, coach, and counsellor to provide a truly holistic approach to mental health and well-being.
Recognising that every individual is unique, Zara tailors her approach to meet each client’s specific needs and goals. She integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, drawing on Person-Centred, Existential, and Psychodynamic approaches, as well as methods from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This flexible and tailored approach ensures that personalised care remains central to her work
Zara supports individuals who might be experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or relationship difficulties, helping them overcome barriers and build the courage to face life’s challenges. With specialised training in ADHD and disordered eating, Zara also brings a compassionate and tailored approach to these areas by working closely with clients to develop practical skills and strategies that align with their personal vision of a fulfilling life.
Zara is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Coaching and is a member of the BACP and NCPS. She provides counselling services for the NHS in Lambeth.
