Cesar Bueno – Course Supervisor

Cesar Bueno is a Clinical Supervisor for the TAC Diploma in Integrative Counselling. He qualified as an Integrative Clinical Supervisor in December 2025 following his training in Clinical Supervision with TAC.

Cesar runs a private practice as an integrative psychotherapist since 2015, with a particular interest in emotion processing and short-term psychodynamic approaches, including Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). His work focuses on helping clients access and process emotional experiences in a way that promotes meaningful and lasting psychological change.

Cesar is passionate about supporting counsellors in training and values supervision as an essential space for reflection, growth, and professional development. He sees supervision as an opportunity to support, inspire, and promote learning, helping trainees develop effective, ethical, and safe therapeutic practice.

He aims to foster a supervisory relationship in which trainees feel safe to explore their clinical work, personal responses, and challenges without judgment. Through this collaborative and supportive process, Cesar encourages curiosity, self-awareness, and confidence in developing therapeutic skills.
