Elaine McGregor - Tutor

Elaine MacGregor is a counselling tutor for TAC’s Foundation Certificate in counselling, a BACP accredited counsellor and a supervisor.  She also works in her private practice. Elaine has experience working with charities, schools and clients from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and believes awareness of difference and diversity is key to foster equality.

As a tutor, Elaine’s style is dynamic, explorative, participative and relational often drawing upon her experiences with clients. Her intention is to create an environment of curiosity and growth.

She also teaches skills practice to her students, enabling them to develop the therapeutic relationship and integrating theory into their practice to set them up to be ready for their next step in the counselling journey.
