Elaine McGregor - Course Supervisor

Elaine MacGregor is a Course Supervisor for TAC Training School. She qualified as an Integrative Counsellor and later trained as a Clinical Supervisor. Elaine works in private practice in South West London and is also a Counselling Tutor.

Elaine has years’ of experience in mental health in counselling and the volunteering sector that allowed her to work with a variety of mental health issues as well as with people from all walks of life, which increased her empathy, communication skills and awareness of diversity. Elaine is passionate about counselling and supporting others to achieving the best version of themselves. She really enjoys supervising students and facilitating their growth to become amazing counsellors.

Elaine’s approach to supervision is an integrated model, drawing from the Peter Hawkins 7 eyed model, the Integrated Developmental Model and the Proctor Model: Reparative, Formative and Restorative.
