Emma Wallen – Course Supervisor

Emma Wallen is a Course Supervisor for TAC’s Diploma in Integrative Counselling. She is an experienced integrative psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and group facilitator. She is accredited with both the BACP and NCPS, and holds a BSc in Reflective Therapeutic Practice from Metanoia/Middlesex University. Emma has also completed specialist training in integrative supervision, couples therapy, group work, and trauma recovery.

Alongside her role at The Awareness Centre Training School, Emma runs a thriving private practice in South West London and online, where she works with individuals and couples on a wide range of issues including relationships, identity, childhood trauma, and abuse recovery. She also facilitates therapeutic groups focused on healing from narcissistic abuse, reconnecting with the divine feminine, and relationship dynamics.

Emma’s supervision approach is relational, integrative, and trauma-informed. She draws on psychodynamic, humanistic, TA, and CBT perspectives, as well as Hawkins & Shohet’s Seven-Eyed Model, Gilbert & Evans’ learning principles, and developmental models of supervision. She is particularly passionate about supporting therapists to integrate spirituality, cultural identity, and intersectionality into their practice, ensuring supervision is both ethically robust and personally meaningful.
