Rebekah Jones - Course Supervisor

Rebekah Jones is a Course Supervisor for the TAC Diploma in Integrative Counselling. She qualified as a Psychotherapist at University of Brighton (PGDip Psychodynamic Psychotherapeutic Counselling 2017 and MSc Psychotherapy 2020), and later qualified as a Trauma Therapist, Certified EMDR Therapist, Couples Therapist, CISM Practitioner and Clinical Supervisor. She works in private practice on the Isle of Wight. Rebekah has just won a Mental Health Excellence award for her practice as a Psychotherapist.

Rebekah has had over 30 years’ experience in working within NHS mental health and learning disability service, as well as charity and private services, and has also taught for various colleges and universities on a range of mental health and counselling / psychotherapy programmes, including University of Roehampton, UCL, University of Brighton and NCPS. She is additionally a PhD student with University of Brighton and is undertaking research connected to psychotherapy practice in outdoor spaces.

Rebekah has a passion for working with placement counsellors and student therapists and enjoys providing educational support to those who are undertaking their qualifying training; encouraging the development of well-rounded and skilled counsellors who provide the highest standard of therapy for clients.
