The supervisor will need experience of working within an NHS Talking Therapies Service, have worked with the IAPTus database, and have experience of working with the PHQ9/GAD7 metrics for Depression and Anxiety symptoms.

Our clinical supervisors are provided with monthly group supervision with our Senior Supervisor, and you will have support from the Director of Clinical Services and the clinical management team.
