To support the effective delivery of clinical services by coordinating the recruitment and administration of low-cost placement and private therapists in line with client demand. This role works closely with the Counselling Manager and senior leadership team to ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and service quality. It also contributes to operational efficiency through cross-departmental collaboration, supports marketing and evaluation efforts, and plays a key role in maintaining smooth and high-quality clinical service delivery.
This role starts in November and is part-time (4 days per week) based at our Clapham office.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for coordinating the recruitment of low-cost placement therapists and private therapists, working alongside the Counselling Manager.
- To work alongside the Counselling Manager to audit all low-cost and private therapists’ data.
- Completing low-cost therapists’ reports in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the senior team and Clinical Receptionists to ensure therapist recruitment aligns with client demand, ensuring the right professionals are in place to meet service needs effectively.
- Accountable for keeping policies, procedures, the intranet, therapists’ profiles on the website and handbooks up to date working alongside the clinical team.
- Be an active member of a dynamic and ambitious clinical team, contributing to the development and delivery of smooth, high-quality clinical services.
- Responsible to oversee all evaluations and testimonials for our services to support TAC clinical services and TAC marketing.
- Accountable to work with the Senior team to look at placement reviews, upgrades, and meet with the training organisations.
- Assist in the office with phones, enquiries and admin.
- Liaise with the marketing and finance departments for improved/ supportive operations; and where appropriate TAC Training School on issues that concern both companies.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
- Qualified and accredited counsellor, counselling psychologist and/or psychotherapist (UKCP, BACP or BPS) or working towards accreditation
- Previous experience as a Counselling Coordinator.
- Being passionate, driven and ambitious, with good leadership skills to manage excellent clinical services.
- Ability to work under pressure and good time management.
- Excellent organisation skills, prioritisation skills, ability to multitask and have attention to detail.
- Professionalism and a collaborative approach to working.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues from other disciplines.
- High proficiency in Excel, Word, email and knowledge of using databases, including CRM and Microsoft 365. This is essential.
