Andrea Luff
Andrea Luff is a warm and compassionate therapist who offers a safe, supportive space where clients can feel truly seen, heard, understood and accepted. She brings a steady and attuned presence, accompanying her clients in their distress and as they make sense of what has brought them to therapy. Working together, Andrea supports clients in developing deeper insight into their experiences and fostering greater awareness about their emotional suffering. From this, meaningful change and healing becomes possible. As an Integrative Psychotherapist, Andrea draws from humanistic, psychodynamic and relational approaches.
Andrea’s client work is further informed by contemporary trauma theory, developments in neuroscience and an appreciation of the mind–body connection. Prior to qualifying as a therapist, she spent 25 years working across the charity and education sectors, and so brings a rich breadth of perspective, knowledge and experience to her therapeutic practice.
Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton and is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Andrea currently works within the NHS Counselling Service in Sutton.
