Asta has experience working with a range of difficulties, including low mood and depression, self-esteem, stress, anxiety, traumatic events, loss, anger, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, relationships, sexuality, and issues around lack of meaning and fulfilment.
Asta welcomes adult clients from all backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, identities, religions, disabilities, sexualities and gender.
She holds an Advanced Diploma in humanistic integrative counselling and is registered with the BACP. She works in English and German.
