Eve Lewis
Eve is passionate about creating a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and genuine human connection. She actively listens to clients, offering them a safe space to be truly heard and understood. She is particularly attuned to the subtle ways in which family dynamics, and past trauma impact emotional well-being, and helps individuals uncover the deeper layers of these influences without judgment. Working integratively means Eve can adapt her approach to suit the individual, such as Transactional Analysis for navigating relationships, and Solution Focussed Brief Therapy, for building on peoples strengths and fostering positive change.
Eve has a background in the arts and landscape architecture, understanding how the greening of spaces can positively impact peoples mental health, and build stronger communities. In this current role she is also a mental health first aider, listening to people struggling, whether that be with relationships, pressures of work, bereavement, and trauma; exploring whether coping strategies adopted in the past, are still working in positive ways in the present.
Eve Lewis is an integrative counsellor and is registered with the BACP. She is currently working in the NHS Lambeth counselling service. Eve is currently studying towards a Diploma in integrative counselling.
