Naomi Berry-Kedroe is an Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP, working in private practice at The Awareness Centre in Clapham. She holds a level 5 diploma in therapeutic counselling and a BA honours degree in social work.

Naomi offers support to individuals on their journey towards emotional wellness. She values individual differences and uses a relational collaborative approach tailored to honour and respect identity, culture, personal beliefs, and experiences without judgement.  Naomi provides a person-centred, safe, nurturing space for clients to unpack, reflect, and reason. She works with individuals to navigate life’s difficulties, seeking healing from past or present circumstances, or searching for deeper understanding to enhance self- development. 

Coming from the social work field, Naomi has extensive experience working with people from different backgrounds and social circumstances. She is committed to therapeutically supporting people to attend and meet their own needs. She is experienced in working with people with difficult family dynamics including attachment and abandonment and survivors of abuse. Naomi uses an intersectional lens to explore a person’s unique relationship with systems of power to recognise its impacts.  In sessions with Naomi you will be meet with empathy and acceptance she gives clients the space to be truly seen and heard to identify areas of inner conflict & work towards inner peace & acceptance.  She supports the unlearning of unhealthy coping strategies, to find healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating to their inner and outer world. 

Naomi has worked in the charity sector for the last decade, previously providing counselling for domestic abuse survivors, & identity within marginalized communities, additionally she currently provides counselling for young people on various issues such as anxiety, depression, body image, disordered eating, sexuality, and self-esteem.
