“Behaviour does not exist in isolation. It is shaped by our relationships, experiences and environment. Understanding that context is where meaningful change begins.”

My approach is integrative, grounded in psychodynamic counselling and informed by Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt and trauma-informed practice. I offer a warm, collaborative and reflective space where we can explore your experiences with curiosity rather than judgement, helping you develop greater self-awareness and create meaningful, lasting change. Alongside my therapeutic training, I have over sixteen years’ experience working across adult social care, community mental health, rehabilitation and addiction services, supporting people experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Alongside my private practice in South London, I also work as a counsellor at The Awareness Centre.

I hold a Higher Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling and am committed to ongoing professional development, regular clinical supervision and reflective practice.I work with adults experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, bereavement, relationship difficulties, workplace burnout, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I also welcome neurodivergent clients, adapting my approach to meet each person’s individual needs and way of experiencing the world.

Whether you are seeking support for a specific difficulty or looking to understand yourself more deeply, therapy offers a confidential space to reflect, make sense of your experiences and move forward with greater resilience, authenticity and choice.
