Their approach is flexible and tailored, drawing on a range of psychological understanding to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

With a background in hypnotherapy and experience across professional and academic settings, Nulu brings a broad and informed perspective to their therapeutic work. Their experience contributes to an understanding of workplace stress, performance pressures, leadership challenges, and the psychological impact these can have on wellbeing. They have experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, bereavement, life transitions, trauma-related concerns, and emotional regulation. Nulu is committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and supportive therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences and work towards meaningful change.
