Paul is an existential and person-centred counsellor. He works to support people going through depression, trauma and anxiety. He believes that the therapeutic relationship has long-lasting impact. Paul thinks that in different stages of our lives we can feel stuck and anxious, at a loss of purpose and meaning, frustrated at how our lives have turned out.

Therapy with Paul provides the opportunity in establishing a safe, non-judgmental working alliance where you are seen and heard. You will have the space and time to explore and reflect on where you are now and where you want to be, how meaning and value can be rediscovered through an increased awareness of client’s needs. Ultimately, Paul aims to help you find clarity and the path to becoming who you are.

Paul is in his second year of a master’s degree in psychotherapy studies and see clients at The Awareness Centre’s NHS Service in Wandsworth.
