Simona Webb is a trainee counsellor at The Awareness Centre. She offers a warm and reflective environment where people can talk openly about what they are going through and begin to make sense of their thoughts, feelings and personal experiences in ways that feel right for them.  She welcomes clients who may be feeling overwhelmed, experiencing anxiety, stress or burnout, or navigating change and uncertainty in different areas of their lives.  Her way of working is flexible and tailored to client’s needs. Rather than following a fixed approach, she draws on a range of ideas and methods, keeping the focus on what matters most to each person and their individual circumstances or challenges.

Alongside her counselling training, she brings over 18 years’ experience working in demanding professional environments. Living and working in London, she understands the influence of cultural and social factors in how people carry pressure, responsibility and expectation in their lives. This brings a commitment to approaching each person without assumptions and with respect for their individual context.

She aims to create a space where clients can reflect on how they experience themselves in relation to others, supporting the development of greater awareness, clarity and new perspectives in a way that feels manageable and without pressure or judgement.

Simona is on placement at NHS Wandsworth while studying towards a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and has a Foundation Certificate in Counselling (Level 4 equivalent). She is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and works in line with the BACP Ethical Framework, offering a confidential and supportive space for therapy.
