Simona Webb is a trainee integrative counsellor studying at The Awareness Centre’s and practicing at the NHS Talking Therapies in Wandsworth. She is a BACP registered student member and is currently studying towards a Diploma in Integrative Counselling with The Awareness Centre. She also holds a Foundation Certificate in Counselling (Level 4 equivalent). Simona has experience supporting clients through a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, stress, burnout, feelings of overwhelm, and periods of change or uncertainty. Her integrative approach allows her to draw on a range of therapeutic ideas and methods, adapting her way of working to each client’s individual needs, experiences, and circumstances. She is committed to offering a confidential, supportive, and respectful space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences at their own pace.

Simona’s approach is warm, reflective, and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the challenges they may be facing. She believes that therapy is not about providing quick answers, but about creating a space where people can feel heard, accepted, and supported as they explore what matters most to them. Through careful listening, curiosity, and gentle exploration, Simona supports clients in making sense of their experiences, recognising patterns, and developing new perspectives that feel meaningful and manageable. Her integrative approach enables her to remain flexible and responsive, drawing from different therapeutic models while keeping the client’s needs, goals, and individual circumstances at the centre of the work. She aims to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe to reflect on how they experience themselves, their relationships, and the world around them.

Alongside her counselling training, Simona brings over 18 years’ experience working in demanding professional environments, which has shaped her understanding of the pressures, expectations, and responsibilities that many people carry in their everyday lives. Having lived and worked in London, she is particularly aware of the influence that cultural, social, and personal contexts can have on how people experience stress, identity, relationships, and wellbeing. This background informs her commitment to meeting each client with openness and without assumptions, recognising that every person’s story is unique. Simona is particularly interested in supporting clients who are navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, stress, self-understanding, and questions around identity and connection. She brings compassion, respect, and curiosity to her work, helping clients explore themselves more fully and move towards greater clarity, awareness, and self-acceptance.
