Xenia Eller creates a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace and feel truly understood. At the core of Xenia’s practice is a person-centered approach, where she believes in the importance of creating a genuine therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing and growth. While primarily person-centered, her integrative training allows her to thoughtfully incorporate complementary techniques tailored to each client’s specific needs. Beyond helping clients navigate challenging emotions and experiences, she emphasizes discovering and nurturing their inherent strengths and capabilities. Xenia believes that therapy is not only about addressing difficulties but also about recognizing untapped potential and possibilities. This tailored approach supports clients in building self-awareness, resilience, and developing a stronger sense of self and empowering them to create more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

With her background in psychology and experience in befriending support, Xenia brings a deep understanding of emotional well-being and interpersonal dynamics to her therapeutic work. She has particular interest and experience working with anxiety, depression, relationships, and family issues. Xenia is also passionate about exploring attachment patterns and self-worth challenges. She is committed to supporting clients as they navigate life’s difficulties, empowering them to discover their own insights and strengths through the therapeutic journey. Xenia also speaks German fluently and can offer sessions in this language. Her diverse experience working with clients across different age groups has given her a unique perspective on life transitions and developmental challenges.

Xenia is a trainee psychotherapist and counsellor working within The Awareness Centre’s NHS Lambeth service. She holds a BSc in Psychology and is currently pursuing an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. Xenia is a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and is working towards full accreditation.
