Agnieszka Peziol creates a supportive environment where clients can be who they are and openly talk about their feelings and issues. She is empathic, genuine and believes that by creating therapeutic relationships clients are able to truly be heard and understood. She believes that therapy can not only help clients to process difficult or painful thoughts, feelings but can also focus on developing the potential of her clients, increasing their self worth and self awareness. She works with them to identify and tap into their inner resources to live a more fulfilled life where they are in touch with their deepest and innermost feelings and desires. Agnieszka has a humanistic approach where the client is in the center of the therapy. Agnieszka may use Person Centered Modality to help clients understand their own emotions and place deep trust in their own instincts. She believes that clients have all answers within themselves and by building trusting therapeutic relationships they will be able to find these answers.

With a background of twenty years as a hospitality professional, Agnieszka has an interest and experience in workplace issues and stress management. She understands the internal and external pressure people can put on themselves, which can lead to unhelpful or damaging coping strategies. She works to identify healthier ways of managing emotions and stress. She also specialises in anxiety, depression and self – esteem. She has a special interest in coercive control and how that affect individuals and their life.

Agnieszka is currently in her final year of L4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. Agnieszka is Person Centered counsellor and is registered with the BACP. She works within NHS Counselling Service in Lambeth.
