Amandeep Chana is a qualified therapist who supports adults experiencing anxiety and depression. Many of the people Amandeep works with appear to be coping on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, exhausted, low, or stuck on the inside. Clients often describe overthinking, feeling constantly on edge, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves and the life they want to be living.

Amandeep offers a warm, calm, and non-judgemental space where clients can slow things down and talk openly about what has been weighing on them. Together, Amandeep and the client make sense of their experiences, explore unhelpful patterns, and gently work towards change at a pace that feels right for each individual. Amandeep’s approach is collaborative and compassionate, supporting clients to develop greater self-understanding, reduce the impact of anxiety and low mood, and build coping strategies that feel realistic and supportive.

It is about helping clients reconnect with themselves, find relief from constant worry or emotional heaviness, and feel more grounded and hopeful again.
