Ellie works with clients across all life stages, recognising that anyone may need support during one or multiple points in their life. Ellie works in an integrative way, meaning she adapts a bespoke way of working around each client’s unique needs. Ellie aims to ensure the client can feel safe to bring their true selves to therapy, by providing an empathetic and supportive space for self-exploration. Ellie does not believe counselling is a way to ‘fix’ anyone, but instead looks to establish a genuine and judgement free connection which allows the space to discover new perspectives and possibilities for change.

With a background in the corporate world, Ellie understands how a career can create strain on an individual and their lifestyle, which can lead to damaging coping strategies. Ellie aims to empower her clients to find healthier coping mechanisms and the ability to feel in control of their life. Ellie is aware life, and our social circumstances often prevent us from reaching our potential, achieving our goals, or can simply make us feel stuck. This can give rise to emotional and psychological distress. She has volunteered with various charities including support for the homeless, neurodiversity in the workplace and the Samaritans.

Ellie is an integrative counsellor, working towards an advanced diploma in integrative counselling. She is a registered member of the BACP and works within NHS patients in The Awareness Centre’s NHS Service in Wandsworth.
