Emma Malone is a fully qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) & the Foundation for Psychotherapy & Counselling (FPC). She has completed a 5 year Clinical Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Qualification at WPF Therapy (UKCP, BACP & BPC accredited) & The BPF (BPC accredited).

Emma sees adults for once weekly 50 minute psychotherapy sessions, either in-person or online, where she provides a safe and supportive space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a non-judgmental and confidential setting. Emma works in private practice at The Awareness Centre in Tooting.

As a dedicated therapist, Emma is committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with empathy, compassion and evidence-based practices.  Her approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing on various therapeutic techniques, with a focus on psychodynamic therapy.  Together, you’ll explore how past experiences and unconscious processes may be influencing your present life, and you will work through difficult emotions, unresolved conflicts, and patterns that may be holding you back.

Ultimately, the goal is not just to relieve symptoms but to enable you to navigate life with greater emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
