Whether through exploring existential questions or addressing specific psychological issues, her method is always tailored to facilitate personal growth and healing.

Ewa comes from a rich background in Naturopathy, with specific training in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, alongside studies in allied health. This diverse foundation deeply influences her therapeutic practice, allowing her to adopt a holistic approach to mental health that considers both mind and body. Specialising in areas such as bereavement, anxiety, depression, and stress, Ewa also brings valuable experience from her work in integrated health coaching, supporting individuals in achieving sustainable weight loss and fostering healthy lifestyle changes. Her multifaceted background not only enriches her understanding of her clients’ needs but also enhances her ability to guide them towards more balanced and fulfilling lives.

She is diligently working towards full membership with the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and holds a student membership with the same. Ewa is a trainee counsellor and psychotherapist currently placed at The Awareness Centre’s counselling service in NHS Wandsworth.
