Grace is committed to helping clients feel empowered in their own lives, working collaboratively with them to navigate their challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion. She believes that therapy is not just about overcoming difficulties but also about discovering strengths, unlocking potential, and embracing a more fulfilling life. Grace believes that therapy is not about giving advice but about guiding clients to rediscover their inner strengths and take control of their own lives. She is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. Her integrative approach means that she tailors therapy to the unique needs of each individual, drawing on techniques from a range of modalities. She often incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, Solution Focused techniques to support goal-setting and personal growth, and mindfulness practices to enhance emotional regulation and self-awareness.

Before training as a therapist, Grace worked within the corporoate world. This background gives her insight into the pressures and challenges individuals face in both personal and professional settings. She has a keen interest in helping clients manage workplace stress, career transitions, and personal development, alongside supporting those struggling with emotional difficulties.

Grace is an integrative counsellor-in-training, currently working towards a Master’s in Integrative Counselling and Coaching. She is a member of the BACP and works within The Awareness Centre’s Wandsworth Low Cost service. Her approach blends counselling and coaching techniques to provide a holistic and empowering therapeutic experience, helping clients navigate personal challenges while fostering self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.
