Lisa March is passionate about supporting their clients to live a life full of purpose, clarity and fulfilment. She does this by using a person-centred approach in her therapy sessions, which empowers her clients to better understand themselves and the world around them. This approach is varied and bespoke to each individual client.
With a background of 14 years in corporate management, Lisa understands the pressures and demands that are experienced in this environment and how these can play out in both work and personal life. She is also a mother to three young children and has personal experience in the changes and challenges that parenthood can often bring both internally and externally. Alongside Lisa’s current training, she also attends regular workshops to understand and practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which teaches acceptance and mindfulness strategies to increase psychological flexibility.
Lisa is a trainee therapeutic counsellor. She currently holds a Level 2 & Level 3 Counselling qualification and is currently working towards her Level 4 Diploma. She is a student member of the BACP. Lisa works within The Awareness Centre’s NHS counselling service and sees patients in a GP surgery in Sutton.
