Nicole’s approach to counselling is person-centred and empathetic, creating a safe and non-judgemental space where you can express yourself freely. She integrates mindfulness, CBT, and psychodynamic techniques, ensuring your sessions are tailored to your needs and goals.

Before being a counsellor, Nicole gained experience working in youth residential, probation, and youth justice. This background has deeply influenced Nicole’s approach, fostering a profound understanding of the challenges young people and individuals involved in the justice system face. It has also honed skills in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and support for those dealing with complex trauma and behavioural issues. This perspective enriches Nicole’s practice, enabling a compassionate and effective therapeutic process tailored to each client’s needs.

Nicole is an integrative counsellor and is registered with the BACP. She works within The Awareness Centre’s counselling service in Wandsworth and sees NHS patients for counselling at a GP surgery in Wandsworth. Nicole is currently working towards an advanced diploma in integrative counselling.
