Nino works in a way that gives clients space to pause and reconnect with themselves. His sessions offer a calm and thoughtful environment; somewhere that can hold whatever feels difficult, confusing, or unresolved. While he always follows the client’s pace and needs, he also brings structure when helpful, gently exploring recurring thoughts, feelings, or situations that might be causing difficulty. He sees therapy not just as a way to work through problems, but also as a space to better understand yourself and feel more grounded and resilient. His foundation lies in person-centred therapy, with the flexibility to incorporate elements from other approaches such as solution-focused work and Transactional Analysis. His practice is rooted in collaboration, aiming to meet each client where they are and adapt to what feels most helpful for them.

Before training as a therapist, Nino worked in business and marketing. That experience gave him insight into the stress and pressure many people face in their work and personal lives. He has a particular interest in how things like cultural change, anxiety, and long-term stress can affect our emotional wellbeing. His own experience with bereavement also shapes the empathy and depth he brings into the session.

Nino is a trainee counsellor and a registered member of the BACP, currently working towards a diploma in integrative counselling. Nino currently works within The Awareness Centre’s NHS Service in Lambeth.
