Sara Vida – Clinical Receptionist

Sara Vida is a Senior Counselling Coordinator at The Awareness Centre and a trainee integrative counsellor registered with the BACP. She is currently completing her Diploma in Integrative Counselling and brings over 14 years of experience in health and social care, giving her a deep understanding of the emotional and relational difficulties people can face.

Sara is committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental first point of contact where every client feels genuinely heard, respected, and supported from the moment they arrive.
