Sara Vida is a trainee integrative counsellor registered with the BACP. She is currently completing her Diploma in Integrative Counselling and works within NHS Talking Therapies Wandsworth. With 14 years of experience in health and social care, she has developed a strong understanding of the emotional and relational difficulties people can face across different stages of life, and this continues to inform a compassionate and reflective approach to her clinical work.

Sara offers a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore whatever feels important to them. This may include anxiety, low self-worth, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, loss of confidence, or a more general sense of feeling stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain. Sometimes people come to therapy with a clear understanding of what is troubling them, while at other times there may simply be a sense that something does not feel quite right. Sara believes therapy can offer an opportunity to pause, make sense of experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of emotional patterns, relationships and ways of coping.Sara works collaboratively with clients to explore what may be getting in the way of them living more fully or feeling more connected to themselves and others. She has a particular interest in how stress and trauma can affect the nervous system and the way people relate to themselves and others. She believes the therapeutic relationship can be a powerful foundation for change: a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood and accepted.

Through her years working within health and social care, Sara has worked alongside people from many different backgrounds and life experiences. She recognises that inner struggles are not always visible from the outside, and that people are often carrying far more than those around them may realise. She aims to offer a space where clients feel able to be themselves, and do not have to face what they are carrying alone.
