Elizabeth Akindutire – Senior Counselling Coordinator

Elizabeth Akindutire is a Senior Counselling Coordinator at The Awareness Centre, where she supports the effective delivery of clinical services through therapist recruitment, service administration, clinical reporting, and the coordination of key operational processes. Working closely with the clinical team, she is committed to ensuring clients can access high-quality, ethical, and inclusive counselling.

Alongside her role at TAC, Elizabeth is a Psychodynamic therapist, and she works therapeutically with adult clients in private and community settings. She values creating a reflective and supportive space where individuals can explore their experiences and develop greater self-understanding.

Elizabeth brings a diverse professional background spanning mental health, social care, healthcare, client-facing and community-based support. These experiences have strengthened her ability to build meaningful relationships, communicate effectively with a wide range of people, and remain calm and organised in busy environments.

Elizabeth is passionate about wellbeing and helping people access the support they need. She is known for her warmth, calm presence, and thoughtful approach, qualities she brings to both her clinical and operational work at The Awareness Centre.
