Jessica Norte – NHS Team Leader Lambeth

Jessica Norte is a Clinical Team Leader for NHS Lambeth at The Awareness Centre, where she provides training and support to student counsellors during their clinical placements. She is passionate about encouraging both personal development and professional resilience, offering a warm, supportive approach while providing challenge when beneficial.

As an Integrative Therapist with a strong psychodynamic foundation, Jessica has also specialised in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD), an evidence-based approach widely used within NHS Talking Therapies services. She is an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC).

Jessica has wide-ranging experience across both NHS services and private practice. In these settings, she is particularly passionate about supporting individuals experiencing low self-esteem and confidence, working to reconnect with their sense of identity, strengths, and values.
