  • Self-Esteem
  • Guilt & Shame

  • Depression

Sibylla Dajani strives to provide a welcoming, calm, and empathetic space for her clients so that they may share and explore their inner thoughts and feelings – no matter how complex, painful or difficult these may be. She is keen to support clients who may be feeling lonely, stuck or in need of someone to talk to.  She believes that her role is to provide support by listening as her clients work to find inner resources within themselves to seek more self-awareness, empowerment and autonomy in their lives.

With twenty-five years of inner-city teaching experience Sibylla celebrates difference and is interested in the concept of community; how we communicate with one another, cope with stress in the workplace and juggle all of this along with the huge demands of family life. She understands the very significant impact that work pressures place on our mental health as well as on our relationships with our parents, children and partners.  She works with a wide range of clients including those who feel overwhelmed, are anxious, depressed, who are navigating relationship conflict and those who struggle with loss and grief.  She has a special interest in neurodiversity.

Sibylla has completed her training at TAC and has gained her qualification of Diploma in Integrative Counselling. She is now a registered therapist with BACP and continues to work with clients on a weekly basis for NHS Wandsworth Talking Therapies.
