Bianca Stein – Academic Coordinator

Bianca Stein is an Academic Coordinator for The Awareness Centre Training School. Her role is to support the students, tutors and Training School team to ensure the smooth delivery of all courses.

Currently in the second year of a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy, Bianca brings valuable insight into the student experience. She understands the challenges of balancing  work, study, and self-care – experience that informs her empathetic and practical support to those on a similar path.

Bianca holds a BSc in Psychology and has over a decade of experience in the medical field in a variety of non-clinical roles. Her background includes working within the NHS, private healthcare, plastic surgery, neurodevelopmental psychiatry, and clinical compliance. This broad experience has shaped her holistic understanding of healthcare and mental wellbeing.

Driven by a genuine desire to support others, Bianca began training as a therapist to combine her medical knowledge, attentive listening skills, and deep empathy in a more personal and impactful way.
