Training School Tutors

We are recruiting Lead Tutors to join our training school, for our Foundation Certificate and BACP accredited Diploma course.

We are also looking for Theory Tutors for our theoretical modules and are interested in hearing from specialists in Person Centred Counselling, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, Existential Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy (including Object Relations). 

The teaching fee is £50 per hour and the role does not involve assessing written work or marking. Term time only. Minimum 3.5hrs per week to a full day or weekend teaching.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Lead Tutors see their cohorts weekly during term time and work on both theoretical, practical and personal development aspects of counselling and psychotherapy training.
  • Theory Tutors teach in modular blocks during term time.
