Agnieszka deeply cares about providing a safe space for her clients to explore their innermost thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She brings warmth, energy and openness to her therapeutic work. She can help you carefully and sensitively unwrap what affects your everyday life and/ or hurts you most. She understands that everyone is unique and tailors her therapeutic approach to best suit your needs. Agnieszka believes in respecting the client’s pace, whether moving gently or offering a more challenging way of working.

Agnieszka is training as a Humanistic counsellor. She incorporates Person Centred, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis theories and techniques in her therapeutic work. Agnieszka was drawn to humanistic counselling because it aligned with her personal beliefs. She is curious about the whole of the client: “the stories we tell with our words and with our bodies.” She believes in collaborating with her clients; values open dialogue and feedback throughout the therapeutic process. Agnieszka has experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and those with neurodiverse conditions, including Autism and ADHD. She is committed to creating a warm and inclusive environment for all clients.

Agnieszka is a member of the BACP and practices at the Low Cost Counselling service at The Awareness Centre in Clapham. She is dedicated to following the BACP ethical framework and is studying towards a Humanistic Counselling degree at the Metanoia Institute.
