Anders provides a safe and non-judgemental environment for clients to explore their most difficult inner thoughts and processes in dealing with a crisis or life uncertainty. He has an intuitive, open and empathic manner and will walk with you on your journey using an integrative approach, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT and Existential therapy. Each session is tailored to the specific client and their needs with the aim of allowing them to feel seen, heard and accepted. Anders’ belief is that every client possesses the inner strength and capability to deal with life’s difficulties and his goal is to help clients uncover these tools to help them move forward in life. He’ll assist you in seeing new perspectives, in raising your self-awareness, in discovering your strengths to facilitate positive changes and in making sense of your unique life experience.
