Camilla is a warm and empathic therapist who creates a safe and confidential space for her clients, allowing them the freedom to express their innermost thoughts and feelings. With a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate through difficult times, she assists them in exploring their struggles and processing intense emotions that inevitably arise from life events, external pressures, and relationship issues. It is common for individuals to experience feelings of low mood, anxiety, depression, or sadness in response to these challenges.

Through her support and compassion, Camilla provides clients with an opportunity to work through their difficulties, guiding them in understanding what may be missing in their lives or hindering their personal growth. She helps them identify patterns of feelings, thoughts, and behaviours that may contribute to their current issues.

Camilla firmly believes in the transformative power of a therapeutic relationship built on trust, openness, and respect. By fostering a collaborative environment, she will support clients in setting and achieving their goals, while also encouraging them to explore their best hopes for the future. She facilitates deepening their self-awareness and gaining new insights, empowering them to move forward, make positive changes, and foster personal growth.

Currently pursuing a Diploma in Integrative Counselling, she is a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), upholding the highest professional standards in her practice. She currently works within The Awareness Centre’s NHS Wandsworth.
