She is a member of UKCP. She has a Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and is working towards a Masters in Contemporary Person-centred Psychotherapy. Kate offers a safe, supportive and empathetic space where clients can feel seen and heard as their true selves and share whatever they want to work on and need support with. She can help clients process difficult or painful thoughts, feelings and experiences, or major problems that seem difficult to solve. She believes that therapy can be a powerful and life-changing experience. It can help you improve relationships in all areas of your life, make the decisions that are right for you even when you are faced with difficult choices. Therapy can help you develop to your true potential and can help you work on the things that hold you back. Kate is person-centred which means you, the client, are encouraged to bring whatever you want to talk about without any judgement at each session, be that what you are going through at the moment or things in your past that are affecting you. You decide what you want to explore and completely at your own pace.
