Sophy’s approach is centred on building a supportive, non-judgmental relationship where clients feel truly heard and understood. She helps clients explore how past experiences may influence their current challenges while empowering them to access inner strengths. Each session is personalised to the client’s needs, creating a collaborative path to healing and growth.

With over 20 years of corporate experience, Sophy understands the pressures of workplace stress, burnout, and interpersonal dynamics. Her personal recovery journey through three 12-step fellowships informs her deep empathy for clients facing addiction, co-dependency, and childhood trauma. Sophy specialises in addiction recovery, family dynamics, workplace stress, and personal relationships, offering a compassionate, client-focused approach to support meaningful change.

Sophy Silver is a counsellor studying for her Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling and is a member of the BACP. She works with clients through The Awareness Centre’s NHS Wandsworth.
