William Lee creates a secure, non-judgmental environment that prioritizes empathy, trust, and collaboration, allowing clients to feel supported and free to explore their concerns. He believes in working collaboratively with individuals to help them gain deeper insights into themselves, identify the root causes of their challenges, and develop practical strategies for managing life’s difficulties. William supports clients through challenging situations by helping them navigate emotional reactions, focusing on improving communication in relationships, and encouraging honesty, understanding, and emotional connection.

William tailors his therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client. With a Person-Centred approach, he places the client at the heart of the process, enabling the exploration of their emotional and relational patterns. Drawing on Psychosynthesis and trauma-informed practices, William helps clients understand how past experiences continue to influence their present lives. By integrating mindfulness techniques and body awareness, he supports clients in connecting with and regulating their emotions, encouraging them to become more attuned to both their physical and emotional states.

In addition to his psychotherapy training, William has a strong background in running an osteopathy and physical therapy centre, which has given him a deep understanding of both medical and holistic approaches to healing. His experience working with a variety of healing modalities—both Eastern and Western—further informs his ability to address issues such as anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions. He is especially passionate about the mind-body connection and incorporates this understanding into his work, helping clients develop a sense of integration and holistic well-being. Whether you are facing anxiety, stress, trauma, or challenges in relationships, William aims to provide a space where you feel supported to explore and develop effective coping strategies.

William is currently training to become a Psychosynthesis Counsellor through the Psychosynthesis Trust in London and is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). He works at The Awareness Centre’s NHS Lambeth counselling service.
