Nadera Latif - Course Supervisor

Nadera Latif is a Course Supervisor for the TAC Training School. She qualified as an Integrative Supervisor, her training is based on The Seven-Eyed Model. She is a BACP Accredited Humanistic-Integrative Counsellor and a member of BAATN. She has extensive clinical experience working in private practice, in universities, schools, charities, corporate organisations, and NHS-led services.

Her supervisory practice is relational, developmental and culturally responsive rooted in psychodynamic and humanistic theory. Nadera is passionate about working collaboratively with trainee counsellors who will be supported to explore their clinical work, internal processes and developmental needs in a safe, holding and non-judgemental space. Nadera views supervision as an opportunity to build confidence, engage with learning and enable trainees to be receptive, open and curious. Nadera is dedicated to ethical practice, she sees this is as being at the heart of her role as a Supervisor.
