He focuses on creating a collaborative, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment to help clients and supervisees understand and address unconscious patterns that may contribute to current emotional distress from significant relationships.

Rafael has extensive experience working with difference and diverse cultural background in both his psychotherapy and clinical supervision practices. His experience includes working with multi-ethnic counseling projects, the LGBT+ community, drug and alcohol addiction, trauma, asylum seekers and refugees and bereavement therapy.

Additionally, he is passionate about Kundalini Yoga and meditation. He has been teaching training this ancient mind, body, and spiritual approach to life, focusing on aging gracefully, finding a peaceful way to do things that truly matter, and becoming the person you were always meant to be.
