Naseera provides a warm, safe and non-judgmental space to allow her clients to share and hear their thoughts and feelings. Naseera acknowledges that the world we live in can be challenging at times and not everyone has a safe space to be able to express themselves. This is why she understands the importance of offering a safe space and an empathic ear to enable the client to have their voice be heard. Naseera is an integrative trainee counsellor, using person-centered and psychodynamic approaches. She helps clients look at the past and see how it is affecting them in the here and now. Naseera understands that counselling can be a daunting experience at first. She believes the therapeutic process is a way of empowering the client to connect to their emotions and finding their true potential, helping them identify their hidden strengths to be able to live a more fulfilling life.

Coming from a hospitality background, Naseera has experience of working with people from all over world and is able to build connections easily and appreciate everyone’s individual differences and cultural diversity. She uses her approach to see from the client’s frame of reference to support and help them find their true inner voice.

Naseera is a trainee integrative counsellor and is currently working towards completing a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. She is registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Naseera is currently working on placement within The Awareness Centre’s NHS, Wandsworth service.
