Rose believes what you have to say matters and she is ready to listen, because let’s face it, it can be difficult to say what’s really going on for you.

Rose offers an integrative approach drawing from various modalities to ensure she finds an effective method for each client.  Rose uses the person-centred approach to create a space for clients to experience their feelings without judgement, the psychodynamic approach to help clients to understand how the past influences the present.  She also uses Gestalt as a more creative and free method of therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help explore the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour.  This can, with greater insight, offer relief from the symptoms that trouble you which is especially helpful in areas such as anxiety and struggles with making the changes you want in your life.

Rose worked as a PA for many years in London and has a vast experience of working with people from different backgrounds.  She understands the internal/external pressures people can put on themselves, which can lead to unhelpful coping strategies.  She works extensively in the field of Recovery from Addiction, which lends itself well to a variety of struggles that anyone can face in their life.  Rose gets to witness the transformation people are capable of achieving to help live a more fulfilling life.

Rose is an Integrative Counsellor/Therapist and is a Registered Member of the BACP.
