Lesley Cook

Lesley Cook is a qualified counsellor working with individuals and young adults from the age of eighteen years old. She is a member of BACP and adheres to their ethical guidelines for good practice. Lesley trained in integrative counselling which incorporates learning from many different approaches to therapy including CBT and the Minnesota model twelve step recovery.

Lesley provides space for clients to explore and discuss their life story and issues within a safe and calm environment also working together to create a solid treatment plan. She has a special interest in working with Anxiety, Depression and Addiction particularly working with clients who experience alcohol abuse and dependency issues. Addiction can affect both the user and their relationships with family and friends.
